Sheena Headshot

I am a PhD Candidate in Educational Leadership and Policy (Comparative and International Education) at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto. My research focusses on how district education offices can support teaching and learning in schools in Ghana, and more broadly on education leadership, management and policy implementation, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. I also work as a consultant with international development agencies on out-of-school children issues, education data and indicators and education policy to improve access and quality of basic education.
