Welcome
Welcome! My research is at the intersection of education leadership, management and policy implementation, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. Recently, I have focused on how district education office leadership and how the middle tier can support teaching and learning in sub-Saharan Africa (Ghana, Rwanda and Senegal).Â
I have a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy (Comparative and International Education) with the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto. I often work as a consultant with international development agencies on out-of-school children issues, education data and indicators and education policy to improve access and quality of basic education.
