Consulting

I currently consult with international development agencies on middle tier education leadership and management, out-of-school children issues, education data and indicators and education policy to improve access and quality of basic education. Prior to my PhD studies, I worked for a decade as an Education Specialist in UNICEF’s Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia (Geneva, Switzerland) and at the UNESCO Institute for Statistics (Montreal, Canada).  For more information, see my CV.
